Ana Velasquez
Paralegal
Ana has worked in immigration law since 2009. She uses her experience to work directly with the firm’s attorneys in the preparation and filing of employment-based visas, family-based visas, naturalization applications, and removal defense applications. Ana serves as a liaison between Gardner Law’s attorneys and clients while providing timely and professional service to all.
Ana’s family migrated to the United States in the 1990’s from Michoacán, Mexico. Her father benefitted from the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and through him she was able to eventually obtain her American citizenship. Being an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges immigrants and their families have to overcome. Her passion is to help others achieve the American dream.
Ana attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies in 2013. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and yoga, in addition to spending time with friends and family.
