Juan Cano

Juan primarily assists our attorneys with gathering supporting documentation and preparing I-601A waivers and U Visas for her review. He has worked in immigration law since 2015.
Juan’s family migrated from Guanajuato, Mexico and benefitted from the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. He understands the hardship immigrants face in this country.
Juan grew up in the small town of Coats, North Carolina. He graduated from Triton High School in 2009 and then went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Literature and Culture in 2013.
Juan has always been passionate about helping others and working in immigration has given him that opportunity. He also enjoys watching and playing sports in addition to spending time with friends and family.
